You'll learn to make pasta using an inexpensive pasta machine (I find them at garage sales all the time for $10), simple ingredients (eggs, flour, salt, oil), and very little time. Terri has LOADS of recipes for yummy pasta sauces too. Fresh homemade pasta freezes beautifully and cooks in literally minutes. You could also dry it and use it to make wonderful holiday gifts.
