Greetings from a VERY wet and flooded Iowa! I apologize for the extended "radio silence" - we are well here, and safe (currently) from flooding. The past month has gone by in a whirldwind of tornado warnings, storms, thunder, bus tours, gardening (when possible), rain, more rain, flash flood warning, roads closed due to flooding, and still more rain. On top of that, my (Maggie's) computer crashed, so I haven't been able to update the website or blog. (A new laptop is on the way so I will be getting back to our regularly scheduled blogs a enewsletters as soon as possible).

But folks are starting to call and email to make sure wer're okay, so - we just wanted to let you know - WE ARE FINE! Wet, moldy, soggy, muddy, humid, and slightly cranky, but fine. :)

Glad to hear you are okay, I've been worried about you. Everyday all the weather is in Iowa. We haven't had a drop of rain here in weeks. Send some of it our way, please!

Glad to hear you're fine!
Would gladly send rain elsewhere to help everyone out if I could... :-)

So glad to hear you guys are OK--

Thanks for updating the blog--loyal customers in NC were getting worried!

So sorry the weather has been so horrible this summer--really scary.
