Its' a tough, TOUGH job to be a prairieland herbs cat.... especially on a warm, sunny summer day.
you know what Lia? They CHASE the cats away! We were worried at first that the cats would eat the duckies. but...the cats were just too lazy, and now...the ducks are chasing the cats away from their food!
We also have a 100 lb lab, a 110 lb mastiff mix, a 90 lb doberman and to 30-ish lb terrier/mix dogs...and they all just sorta ignore the baby ducks. we're lucky we have calm pets!!!
Donna (the mom), and Maggie, (the daughter) co-own Prairieland Herbs. We have 2 acres of land in central Iowa, and grow our own herbs and flowers, which we use to make herbal bath and body products. We both run our retail store and website full-time.
